Sheperd first joined Stanbic Bank Botswana as an Account Executive under Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) and has since held key critical roles within CIB including serving as Interim Head of Client Coverage in Mauritius. In 2014, he was appointed Head of Client Coverage Botswana, and in 2016 to Head of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) in 2016, a role he has performed with unrivalled passion as he grew the CIB portfolio to become a leader in the Botswana market..Stanbic Bank Botswana has seen several exciting Group appointments from Botswana.
