Ronald is Letshego’s third recent appointment to the Group Board, following the announcement of Philip Odera and Abiodun Odubola in December 2019.Ronald brings more than 30 years of strategic financial expertise in risk management, operations streamlining and data analytics integration, gained from working in diverse financial sectors across North America, Central Eastern Europe, South East Asia, Central Asia and sub Saharan Africa.Leveraging his career achievements, Ronald now consults to leading institutions who wish to bolster their existing risk frameworks to meet swiftly evolving, international standards in effective risk management and reporting, while optimising operational and data management efficiencies.
