This comes as part of Hilton’s talent mobility and growth initiatives and is wholly aligned to the BPOPF’s own efforts to see the upskilling and development within its people to become global representation of Botswana talent..In early March 2021, Front Officer, Sadie Keboitse departed for Hilton Garden Inn Al Jadaf in Dubai after undergoing vigorous assessments and training. Mr. Kagiso Sebele, who began his journey as a waiter in 2019, was later promoted to a Food and Beverage Supervisor and subsequently as an Accounts Clerk. Kagiso left for Dubai in June 2021, after being hand-picked by Double Tree Hilton Al Barsha. The month of September will see popular mixologist, Mr. Rodwell Mampane and Reservation Officer, Ms. Marcia Boenyana jet off to the UAE as well..Ms. Thabani Ndlovu, Hilton Garden Inn Gaborone General Manager, said, “We are incredibly proud of Kagiso, Sadie, Rodwell and Marcia.
