This significant improvements are part of the bank’s strategic intent to be digitally led which offers solutions that allow customers and clients to bank and transact conveniently, without the need to visit a branch.“The upgraded mobile app has a sleek new look with improved stability and reliability. These will give our customers a superior transaction experience and also allow us to quickly respond to customer feedback and insights,” said Valeta Mthimkhulu, Absa Bank Botswana Retail Director.The new features will enable customers to do once off transfers and payments including on credit cards, picking mobile numbers from the customers mobile contact list, a copy and paste support, iOS dark mode optimisation. Furthermore, this upgraded version has a “forgot user name” functionality, which will come in handy for customers who need to reset their usernames.“As the world rapidly moves into the digital world, Absa Bank Botswana is also poised to meet its customer needs through up to date and relevant digital banking channels and solutions.
